How to change or cancel a booking with NoloSol Hot Yoga + Barre.
Why notice matters
Places are limited and a place held for you is a place someone else could not take. Notice lets it be offered to someone else.
Notice
Please give at least 2 hours' notice to cancel or move a booking and keep its value.
Late cancellation and missed bookings
A cancellation inside 2 hours is charged a $5 late cancellation fee, and not arriving is charged a $15 no-show fee.
In the creator's own words: “If cancelling less than 2 hours before class start time, a $5 late cancellation fee will be charged to card on file”
Rescheduling
Where there is space, moving to another time is usually possible with at least 2 hours' notice.
Memberships and passes
Memberships can be stopped with 30 days' notice before the next payment date. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Passes are valid for the period stated when bought and are not transferable.
Arriving late
Sessions start on time. Late arrivals are not admitted, and the doors are locked at the start of the session.

If a session is cancelled by us
If NoloSol Hot Yoga + Barre cancels, you can move to another date.
